Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in original packaging.

Initiate Request: Email us at orders@sandline.store or contact our WhatsApp Concierge within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID (e.g. SL-12345678).

Fast Resolution: For size exchanges, your replacement piece will be dispatched immediately upon pickup. For returns, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
